How do the heard. support circles work?

Our circles meet virtually at scheduled times with a small group of people experiencing similar challenges. You join anonymously, using only a nickname. A trained facilitator guides the conversation, ensuring everyone has space to share. Sessions typically last 60-90 minutes, with options for both drop-in and regular attendance.

Is heard. the same as therapy?

No. Heard provides peer support, not professional therapy. Our circles offer connection, understanding, and shared experiences rather than clinical treatment. Many members find this complements their professional care, but it’s not a replacement for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment

How is my privacy protected?

Your anonymity is our priority. You participate using only a first name or nickname, with no requirement to share personal details or show your face. Our platform doesn’t store personal identifying information, and all members agree to strict confidentiality guidelines before joining

What if I'm not comfortable sharing in a group?

That’s completely okay. Many members start by just listening. There’s no pressure to share until you’re ready. Some people find value in simply hearing others’ experiences, and our facilitators ensure no one feels pressured to participate more than feels right for them.

How much does it cost to join a circle?

You can take a look at the detailed options on our pricing page. As part of our mission, we’ll always provide free sessions to make support accessible to everyone who needs it, regardless of financial situation.
